However, as a family-owned business, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. You might decide to take a sedan home to Aurora, only to discover after a few days of driving that a spacious SUV would be a better fit for your family. That’s why we offer customers from Westmont to Plainfield a 3-Day Return Policy. 3-Day Return Policy Conditions

  • To qualify for the 3-Day return policy, vehicles need to be return within 3-days from the purchase date and driven less than 300 miles. A Surcharge of $1.00 per mile will be calculated up to 300 miles driven.
  • New or leased vehicles do not qualify for the 3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy.
  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered in.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be calculated from the total purchase price. All non-cancelable items and all fees incurred by third party contracts will be paid by the customer in addition to the restocking fee. The 10% restocking fee, non-cancelable items, any third-party fees, and mileage surcharge will be deducted from the amount of the down payment. If the total of the charges is more than the down payment, the customer must bring the balance due in cash or a cashier’s check payable to the Dealer, at the time of the return of the vehicle and a mutual release will be signed.
  • If the 3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is exercised, and you had a trade, in the event the trade is sold we will reimburse you the amount credited for your trade as indicated on the Vehicle Purchase Order for the vehicle being returned to Dealer.
  • 3-Day Return policy will also apply to “Out of State customers”, who will be responsible for any additional fees such as any fees incurred by third party contracts, including shipping and handling fees. 3-Day Policy starts from the date of the vehicle delivery.
  • All customers are welcome to have a third-party inspection prior to shipment or purchase.
  • The customer will NOT be reimbursed for any upgrades, modifications, or service costs for the vehicle that the customer paid for AFTER the purchase.
  • This can only be done once, one time only, for any qualifying USED vehicle.

Note: All new or leased vehicles, and all vehicles purchased for $11,999 or less, DO NOT qualify for the 3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy. Advertised prices are subject to tax, title, license, registration, dealer documentary fees, and finance charges. Most vehicles are subject to reconditioning fees and costs for dealer installed accessories. These fees and costs are not included in the advertised price. Second key, floor mats, or owner’s manual may not be available on all pre-owned vehicles.
