I was having a hard time getting an approval elsewhere. I seen a vehicle that this dealership had that I was interested in. Darius text me and said don’t run my name anymore Whe he come in to work the next day he’ll see what he can do. He did just that! Darius had me an approval by noon. He had the car detailed and even ordered me a new arm rest. He was very kind and accommodating. Darius made sure all my needs and concerns about the vehicle was taking care of.

I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience from today. My salesperson Mounir, “Mo,” was by far one the most genuine and helpful people I have ever met in the car business. He was very knowledgeable, gave great advice, wasn’t pushy at all, and is just an overall pleasant human being. I found my dream car online but had been used to buying locally. I've never purchased a car from out of state or over the phone before but Arkadii and his team made it easy.
